I guess I lied about posting my creations at the end of each week. That is until now, my fine reader!
Here are the latest "Botanical Creatures" I've been obsessed with making. My dad thought this first one looked like sunflowers so I think I'll call this piece Dad's Sunflowers. I know, how thoughtful of me.
And a detail of my hand-stitching.
This next one has the super creative title of Red, Blue, and Purple Flowers.

And this one was finished last night, or rather early this morning at 2 a.m., while watching 3 episodes from Season Nine of the X-Files. Where the hell is Mulder? I should call it Super Soldiers. You can't kill these flowers!

Next up I'll be painting some new trees on these cabinet doors from the Rebuilding Center.
Dad helped me sand off the paint in the middle. While Hollywood is glammed out today I'll be staining wood.
